Responsibilities as a damage estimator / customer receiver at Werksta SödertäljeReceive customers and accept vehicles for damage handling, ensuring a professional and safe customer interaction
Perform damage registration and damage estimation in our systems, including communication with insurance companies
Plan and coordinate the workflow between reception, workshop, painting, and spare parts for efficient damage repair
Document damages, actions, and time spent in digital tools and follow up on cases continuously
Provide technical advice to customers and colleagues regarding repair options and cost estimates
Collaborate with the workshop's technicians, spare parts team, and management to ensure quality and delivery precision
Participate in improvement work regarding customer processes, work environment, and the workshop's routines
Experience in damage handling, damage estimation, or customer reception within the automotive industry is an advantage
Technical understanding of vehicles and repair processes, as well as familiarity with reading service and repair documentation
Good experience working in digital systems; experience with industry-specific estimation tools is an advantage
Service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused with a good ability to prioritize and drive cases to completion
Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written; English is an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team, as well as build trust with customers and colleagues
Driver's license B is required
